One of the nation’s top tight ends declared his intentions to become a part of the University of Wisconsin football program in front of a live, national audience.

Korz Loken, a consensus four-star tight end from Iola-Scandinavia High School, announced Saturday that he committed to Wisconsin during the Navy All-American Bowl in San Antonio. He’s now the second commit for the Badgers’ 2027 class, joining another in-state standout, Verona offensive lineman Ethan McIntosh.

“I’m going to Wisconsin just because I really want to buy into the program,” Loken told Badger Observer before his announcement. “I love the values that they instilled on there and the culture they have. I’ve been down there quite a few times, and you can tell every dude on that team wants to work hard, win games.
