MILWAUKEE — What a difference an evening makes for the University of Wisconsin volleyball team’s offensive efficiency.

Wisconsin, less than 24 hours after suffering a three-set loss to No. 3 Kentucky, returned to the Fiserv Forum court Saturday and swept No. 7 Louisville 25-18, 25-20, 25-18. The Badgers rebounded against the Cardinals by hitting .327 and decreasing its offensive mistakes by nearly half (11 attack errors). It was a stark difference from a Friday evening performance where they finished with a .186 hitting percentage and 21 attack errors against the Wildcats.

Here are more takeaways from the top-10 match before Wisconsin (1-1) heads back on the road for next weekend’s Opening Spike Classic in Pittsburgh. Now’s the perfect time to take advantage of Badger Observer’s new deal where fans can get ALL the coverage from Big Ten football media days, fall camp, recruiting and much more for $2 a month or $20/year!

That’s a balanced attack for Wisconsin
