MADISON, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin volleyball team received a big boost with the return of one of their All-Americans this weekend.

Sophomore setter Charlie Fuerbringer stepped back onto the court for the first time since Oct. 5 and received an eruption of cheers inside the Field House on Sunday. She barely showed any rust in delivering a game-high 28 assists in No. 11 Wisconsin’s three-set sweep over No. 18 Indiana on Sunday at the Field House.

“Boy, it feels great having this kid back in the lineup, out there playing, and she’s worked hard to get back,” Wisconsin coach Kelly Sheffield said.

Here are some thoughts from the Wisconsin (18-4, 11-3 Big Ten) win and the postgame interview with Sheffield, Fuerbringer and middle blocker Carter Booth.
