It’s been really hard to keep Keaton Wollan off the field for the Amery High School football program.

Wollan, the latest University of Wisconsin football commit after his flip from Iowa State, contributes in all three phases of the game for the Warriors and coach Ryan Humpal. Wollan’s been the featured running back on the offensive side of the ball for the last two seasons, where according to Bound Wisconsin, he rushed for 932 yards on 160 carries with eight touchdowns as a junior. But where he’ll play at the next level is at inside linebacker, which is the position he earned WFCA small-school all-state honors at in 2025.
