Wisconsin football's E.J. Whitlow: Charles Perkins 'playing with an edge'

MADISON, Wis. — Watch and listen to defensive line coach E.J. Whitlow after the University of Wisconsin football team’s sixth preseason practice Wednesday inside Camp Randall Stadium.
